However, because a friend told me to try it, I decided to give it a shot. It works amazingly! It really does help the bowel move smoothly and effectively. I was worried that it might be uncontrollable, but that was not the case at all. I could go on throughout the day without having to worry about going to the bathroom at unexpected times.
