(More customer reviews)This is my 4th box of this product. I think it's great, very drinkable. I have gained about 15 pounds total while taking it. You have to keep eating, it's not going to do all the work for you. It just adds 600 calories per drink, so I have 2 or 3 a day. It also has creatine, glutamine, BCAA, and the needed fats. It has very little lactose in it so it doesn't bloat very much. Very excellent gainer in my opinion. I really like the Dymatize products but this is one of the best.
