(More customer reviews)This powder has the highest amount of protein for the lowest amount of calories that I've found so far. It's not bad mixed just with water, and is really good when blended up into a shake of some sort. I like using frozen banana, a little splenda, almond milk, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
