I started taking it and noticed a little bit of a difference, but didn't think much of it. I was not able to take it for a couple of days in a row due the flu. The pain for the next few days was horrible. It really works. The professional strength is also nice because it is only 3 pills vs 6. You HAVE to make sure to take it as directed, otherwise it will not work correctly. I take it as soon as I wake up and wait to eat. It really does work.
