While no over the counter fat loss supplement will work wonders by itself (diet and exercise are still needed), this product is one of the best in its class. It does a decent job of suppressing hunger, and gives a nice "clean" energy boost, without the jitters or crash, as stated. I have found that one cap 3x per day is the optimum dose for me. It contains no ephedra or yohimbe, which the latter causes a bad reaction for me.
