(More customer reviews)this is the second one we have bought. the first one started to have some issues after a year or so. it still worked but you had to pick it up and and set it down again to reset it to weigh again. overall its a solid scale. my mother inlaw also has the same one with out the issue i had. we both bought at the same time.i hope this helps
