I have been taking the product for eight months on and off. I combined that with the weight watchers program and I lost 40lb. I was at 220 and right now I am at 173!!!
The bad side of it is that you have to poo at least eight times a day and the stool is usually watery and smelly. The gas that the pills give are very smelly. I CAN LEARN TO LIVE WITH THESE SYMPTOMS because I am losing weight that has stayed off . It help to eat low fat /low cal foods but you don't have to.
