(More customer reviews)I love this bar. I have tried many different types of bars, and this by far my favorite one. This the snack size version of the full size bar. The full size bar is 27 grams of protein. This "grab" bar is half that size. It is intended to be a snack. On my weight loss program we are allowed to have a full size bar as a meal replacement, or a 1/2 of the large bar as a snack. This snack size "grab" bar helps me with portion control, and satisfies my craving for chocolate. It tastes exactly the same as the large size bar. Very tasty!
