You people should check them out, they have a lot of good information and are extremely funny twins.
They recommended this product and that is why i am currently taking it.
My current goal is to gain about 10-15 Lbs of lean muscle mass.
My brother and i always go half and half on supplements, and according to the 180 count of this bottle, it should last both of us about 1 month.
Today was my first day taking it and my brother and i are only doing 3 pills post-workout (After taking Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Strawberry Banana, 5 Pound, we take the CREATure about 8-10 minutes after with Apple Juice). If you people are wondering why, just please do a quick search on youtube "twinmuscleworkout", they have a detailed video explaining why this supp. or creatine supps. should be taken post-workout and not pre.
Just to give a summary, here are my current stats. (05/09/2011)
Height: 5'8 (68 inches)
Weight: 134 LB
Body Fat Percentage (BFP): 9.56%
Not sure why but i completely lost the sheet where i measured my bi's, tri's, etc.
I'll update in 1 month or when the bottle is done. =D
