(More customer reviews)I started using this because a guy at GNC recommended it saying a lot of Body Builders use it. He also said it makes your muscles pump up. So I tried it and it did help a lot in energy, sex drive is incredibly powerful and it does make the muscles pump up. Don't take it close to bedtime because you won't sleep if you do. The only down side is it only has 20 servings but there are other products that has 20 servings also.
I also like to add that I have lost a lot of weight using this but I do watch what I eat and exercise every day. I eat barbecued skinless chicken breast at lunch and have a protein drink at night so I don't get hungry before I go to bed.
I don't spend as much time in the gym as do many people, maybe 45 minutes.
I am on my 3rd bottle and I'm happy with the results. I don't get any negative side effects.
