(More customer reviews)I began looking for a blood pressure supplement over a year ago when my doctor started to be a pain and wanted me to see him for BP "checkups" a lot more often. He wouldn't renew my refills unless I did. Since I have been on a BP med for over 20 years and regularly check my own, I came to the conclusion that his requests for more checkups had more to do with keeping his diet rich with the likes of lobster and cracked crab, rather than some genuine concern that I was about to drop dead at any time. MY BP is what is referred to as essential hypertension, meaning its hereditary and rarely if ever gets cured. No matter what your diet or exercise program is. But that doesn't mean one is helpless to make it better. After he decided it was time we get better acquainted more often I set out to find a supplement that would possibly help me in taking less prescribed medication. I was quickly overwhelmed by the number of supplements that promise support in controlling blood pressure. I decided to do some homework and find out for myself what was out there as far as ingredients that could be relatively proven as to really helping. Herbs like hawthorn berry, juniper and cayenne popped up a lot. Minerals like magnesium, and spices like garlic and vitamins A and D among others turned up frequently as best bets. So I made a list of ingredients and doses and then painstakingly sifted through the web sites that listed all the ingredients in their supplements and compared them for the actual listing of the most mentioned herbs and such, as well as their quantities. I was actually very pleased to come to the conclusion that Pressur Lo was found to be the very best in both possessing it all, as well as having healthy quantities of all of them as well. I was pleased because Pressur Lo is one of he very cheapest supplements to be found anywhere. For my studies also concluded that price and advertising was absolutely no guarantee of anything as far as what is possessed in way of helpful ingredients. Simply put, Pressur Lo has it all, and is one of the most reasonably priced of any supplement of any kind I take. As far as my personal results with PL, I have to say that it may have made a significant difference in my BP over the last year. I must temper my success with the knowledge that I have also been eating better and exercising more as well. What true part of my excellent results can be actually attributed to PL alone I cannot say. But this I can promise. If you are either tired of keeping your doctor in Dodge Vipers, or just someone who is interested in self medicating with all natural supplements, either in addition too, or instead of prescribed meds, you will not find a more comprehensive supplement than Pressure Lo anywhere. And best of all it is probably cheap enough for just about anyone to afford. You have to take a lot of these. An average dose is 6 tabs per day. Trust me when I tell you however that ALL supplements have a similar recommended dose. 4 to 6 a day of anything is suggested. I really cannot recommend dropping ones prescribed med and taking PL alone. My experience with doing that was that it was too much too soon. I still need my meds, but I have successfully weened myself to half a dose a day in addition to the PL. I would suggest anyone trying this or any other supplement buying a good quality monitor to keep track of their BP as they experiment. Its a really good feeling to know you are helping a lot to control your own BP by natural means. And I highly recommend Pressure Lo to help you achieve that. One thing I can definitely promise is that PL will not hurt you. The worst that will happen is nothing at all. I am not a doctor and don't pretend to know as much as they do about blood pressure. But as far as a researcher here on the web or anyplace else, I am nothing less than a giant. Try Pressure Lo if you're ready or so inclined to experiment with supplements. They don't come any more complete...
