(More customer reviews)I don't know whether this supplement actually speeds up metabolism or burns fat, but it definitely has significantly reduced my appetite, which is helping me lose weight. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and I'm confident it's not a placebo effect, because I've tried other supplements and felt no difference. I take one in the morning and one before dinner. Usually if I eat a small meal I'm starving within about 2 hours. Recently I have been eating 500-600 calorie meals and feeling satiated -- even full -- for several hours. I'm pretty impressed and plan to keep taking it.
