Since my trainer suggested getting in more protein immediately after working out, and I have a half hour ride to the gym, these single serving tubes were the perfect solution and allowed me to avoid the extra hassle and high calories of protein bars.
The powder mixes in without clumping, has a smooth consistency and, as mentioned above, tastes very good. I forgot my water one morning and ended up adding it to a "Diet Mountain Dew", the result was actually very good!
