(More customer reviews)I have tried both the cupcakes and the cookies, and the cupcakes are much better BY FAR. They fill me up for about 2 hours at a time. They are very small, but so are the cookies. There are less in the pack than the cookies, so you go through them faster.
I have found this program to work for me. I have just been eating one in the morning, one for a snack, then a reasonable lunch and dinner. I have lost 5 lbs in a month.
Are these things the best thing I ever tasted? No. Not by far. Works well for someone whose weakness is sugar and likes to be told what to do to lose weight, rather than work on the food each day and what to eat.
