I started taking this pill when I decided to take off a few pounds and change my eating habits. I made some major changes in my life, including cutting out sugar. (That was a big deal for me)
I took one pill two times a day. What I like the most about it is it never made me jittery. It seems to have the right balance of caffeine to give you energy, but not make you bounce off the walls. I LOVE the softgel, what a great idea! No nasty *diet pill* taste and it works fast. These are also easy to find, so keeping them on hand isn't hard. They also provide you with lots of coupons in the box for future purchases. This pill has been a great support for my lifestyle change and I'm very pleased with the results. It wasn't the first diet pill I tried, but for the price, it's the best one for me.
