(More customer reviews)It works for me when I do something different with my body. For instance, the first day I took it, I lost 2 or 3 lbs in a day. I don't lose as much if I do the same things with my body as on that first day. I need to either eat or exercise differently. I was a little hesitant t give this all 5 stars, but it works just fine if you use it correctly.
