It didn't take long for my body to get used to the pills and they lost their effectiveness. Most pills take about 90 days to lose effectiveness, but not these. I really didn't have any jitters except for the first day. But look out, once the pills wear off for the day (I couldn't take past 3 pm)you feel like you're ravenous and want to eat everything in sight! I could definitely see how, if you stop taking these pills, the weight would come right back on and then some! Probably best not to start diet pills, it's just a quick fix and doesn't last long. Oh, one more thing, there is no difference from the female and male bottle except for the color on the bottle.
