(More customer reviews)3 of us tried this product at the same time. Each of us ran 5 days a week and kept our calories under control. None of us experienced any increase in energy, reduced appetite and none of us lost any more than 2 lbs a week. We stayed with MB for 4 weeks. On the fourth week all three of us lost one pound that week. We opted to not purchase any more and guess what? We kept up with our normal routine and still lost 1-2 pounds a week. This stuff does nothing. Waste of money folks. Eat less and get your bod moving. It's the only way!
