(More customer reviews)I have tried every fat burner out there and I exercise at least 5 times a week. I wasn't taking off much weight because I was over eating and snacking often. I took this and let me tell you it knocked out my hunger. It also gave me a nice clean energy all day... Then I hurt my achilles so I was in bed for three weeks. I took off weight while laying in bed! I watched my diet though... (eating every 3 hours small meals). Now I'm back to working out and it's still amazing! Get this if you over eat it helps curb hunger! If you exercise you will take off weight FAST.
