(More customer reviews)This is a great diet. After three days I really was not hungrey or had cravings. I have about 50 pds. to lose and have tried every diet out there. This product to my surprise really seems to be working. I've lost 6 pds. in 6 days. Hopefully it will keep coming off. The first three days I felt pretty lousy and hungry but by day 4 I was good to go. Today I even forgot to eat (that has never happen before).
