Read the label and compare. 42 grams protein, 11 grams carbs, low fat...Can be mixed with water or skim milk. This product has stayed strong while many others have fallen by the wayside (Lean Gainer...etc). If you want hype and advertising buy an EAS product, if you want hardcore quality buy Met Max.
