(More customer reviews)I started it a while ago and it's pretty good. It gives me the right amount of energy to start my exercises and after I've done my exercises, I feel even better. There ARE a lot of negative reviews out there that complain nausea. However, on the side of the bottle, it says "If you become naseous, take with food". It KNOWS this can cause a bit of nausea.
And it's true because there have been a few times (not every single day but every few days or so) that I get very nauseous, but I immediately either go to the kitchen and eat something small (maybe a tomato or an orange) or I go buy something if I'm at work. I think it has to do with an empty stomach which is probably something you want to avoid. It's trying to burn calories that you have absorbed and if you have nothing for it to burn, you'll get sick feeling. But that's just my observation.
I take a lower dosage than the recommended which is two in the morning between breakfast and lunch and two at night between lunch and dinner due to the high caffeine in the pills. I take two in the morning with my breakfast and that's all I take all day. I am very sensitive of caffeine at night so I avoid caffeine at night so I can pretty much pass out when it's bedtime. And taking this in the morning doesn't seem to have any negative effect on me at night as of yet. I had jitters/shakes on the first day but after some intake of food, it went away.
These pills have helped me where other pills have not.
