(More customer reviews)I had previously taken the Xenadrine with caffeine and lost 30 pounds in a year's time with no diet or exercise. This time around I am taking the caffeine free one because it doesn't make me jittery or sick to my stomach.
I take two before lunch and eat half as much as I would normally eat. I also take two before I leave work, around 5:30 so that when I get home I am not starving for the rest of the evening and eat a little bit and don't even eat anything after 9pm. They are really great and cheaper on amazon. I am getting two bottles. Definitely recommend for appetite suppression.
