(More customer reviews)This is the best-tasting meal supplement I have tasted besides Genisoy Vanilla Shake powder. This product only amounts to around 176 calories w/skim milk. We buy 1% organic milk, so it's a few more calories. This blends well in our Hamilton Beach blender with cold milk. If you would crush ice with it and add a tiny bit of ice cream, it would probably be like a Wendy's frosty. Much healhier than a frosty or traditional milkshake. I think you could probably add coffee so you have a refreshing iced coffee in summertime. I just wish it were more economical. We tried the packets and paid $2/each. I will definitely buy the larger container and use this supplement on a regular basis. The protein will help you be more productive in the morning...or you could have a glass before bed to help you sleep better. If you go to bed on a completely empty stomach, you will not sleep as well at night. Highly recommended!
