About a year ago, I was weighing in at 230 pounds at 5'9" I looked sloppy and it was starting to effect my personal and professional life. I decided that I had had enough. I went on a well balanced diet and exercise plan and was down to 185 in about 4 months. I had some things at work pickup and was unable to workout like I had before and I hovered at 185 for about 5 months. When things at work eased up I was ready again to drop the rest of the weight I wanted to with an end goal of 170. I started up my diet again. I started a heavy cardio routine with the end goal of running a marathon. I ran about 5 miles a day skipping 2 days a week and then do a little weightlifting. About about a month I stepped on the scale. 185. I dropped my daily calorie intake from about 2200 calories to about 1700 calories. A month later stepped on the scale. 185. I increased my workout from 5 miles a day to about 8 miles a day and only would skip one day a week instead of two. About 2 weeks later I stepped on the scales. 185. At this point I am looking thinner especially in the face but I am not dropping the weight like I want to. Some people will say "your building muscle that's why your weight is not dropping" and this is true to some degree, muscle does weigh more than fat but not as much as people think, and not enough to explain my inability to loose more weight. That's when I decided to try this product. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I am down to 179. This product in two weeks has done for me what 2 and a half months of exercise and diet couldn't do. If your not on a diet/exercise plan don't bother, this is not a miracle pill and will not do your work for you. I will definitely be repurchasing.
