(More customer reviews)some BSN n.o xpode users take scoop after scoop, thinking that if they dont have that "wired" and "focused" feeling the product is not working...this isnt true...with the Caffeine free version, I can take 1/2 to one scoop after work before going to the gym and get a nice pump/blood flow going with no fear or anxiety, blood pressure worries, or crash. Just because you're not "jac3d" doesnt mean it's not working...just pay attention to your muscles...that said, taking a full scoop I do lose "attention" going into my second hour at the gym, so you may want to plan your workouts accordingly.
I am seeing better than average gains considering how small a serving I take. I dont want to burn out on a product too soon. I feel a pump in secondary muscles, like lats, that i've never felt before.
give this a try, dont expect miracles, but it's better than a cold start at the gym.
