Several years ago i was gaining weight in Weight Watchers and on a 1000 calarie a day deit and I went to an Endocronlogist. After many tests he decided that I had a lepttrim defecincy and recommended the product. I have taken it for many years. It onky works in cionjunction with a good diet and exercise plan. When i reached my ideal weight I started cutting back the amount of product I take from 6 a day to 4 a day but found that anything less than 5 a day and the weight starts creeping back up so i have to say it really works for me.
