Of course this meant I needed to buy hygiene products that would keep to the standards of the diet. Magick Botanicals was mentioned as an "acceptable" product in the HCG book I ordered. I am so impressed with the Magick Botanicals oil-free shampoo and conditioner. I was worried because it was "oil-free" that my hair would be dry and frizzy but it is quite the opposite. My hair has never been softer, shinier and smoother. I like this product so much that I plan on continuing it after the protocol!
