(More customer reviews)I was on synthroid for thyroid issues for about 4 years, and it caused non-stop slow weight gain no matter what I did. The only way I could loose weight was to take these pills, one a day in the morning. That made the difference between eating 1000 cals/day with an hour of cardio 6 days a week and NOT losing - and losing about a pound a week.
The downside: I'm migrane prone and on this pill, the migranes were constant after about 3 days of use, so I could only take it in spurts. Also, after stopping use, I would gain back about 1/2 of what I'd lost, so some of it was water weight.
I haven't tried taking it now that I'm off the synthroid and my weight is stable and far more manageable. But for someone without headache tendencies and needing a little extra boost, this pill will make at least a little difference.
