I've been using them for several months now and am very happy with them. I mix the powder in with my son's yogurt and he never hesitates to eat it. It gives me peace of mind because my son is a picky eater and at least this provides some additional vitamins to his body every day. I do my best to get him to eat a varied diet, but as a headstrong toddler, he knows he can refuse food, and he does! I would recommend these vitamins to anyone with a baby or toddler.
