(More customer reviews)Before I purchase this item I made a choice. A choice that I was going to eat right and exercise in order to lose weight. I went and threw out all items that I decided were bad and replaced it with healthy good items. I have something called Celiac disease which means I have to have a strict gluten free diet (gluten is anything with wheat,barley,rye and or some soy derivited protiens). Once that was done I purchased this item. While waiting for it I started to walk. I started with a mile and quickly moved it up to three. With this item I could eat and feel full quickly. I do not have any know side effects as of yet. I purchased both the pills and the tea. I follow directions. Drink loads of water. After meals I drink the tea. I am now walking up to 6.5 miles a day 5 days a week. I lost a total of 30 lbs and a lot of inches. I went from a size 14-16 to a size 8-10. The first like 2 weeks I lost aprox 15 lbs then it went down to about 2-5 lbs a week. I was really comfortable with this pace. Everytime I hit a Platau of some sort I would change my exercise routine and start to lose again. I also added natural fiber (psyillium husks) to my breakfast. This helps keep me full longer and keeps me regular! My friends who have taken this have stated they can be constipated at times. I encouraged them to try fiber and they said it helps! Over all I love this product. Intend on purchasing again. I use it just as a tool to help me suppress my apetite which allows me to have a bit more will power. Especially on the weekends when I'm at home. I do allow my self a little room for cheat. But it's not big and I had to work hard for it. Once I lost 25 lbs I started allowing for cheating. By this time I was feeling very good about myself and thought I deserved it! I do occasionally add the hoodia pills to my diet. Only regularally around that time of the month when it's harder to control my urges. You must know yourself! So again I can't stress this enough it is not a miricle purchase it's a tool you must do other changes for this to be effective! Good luck!
