Now, you have to be strict with your eating, you are allowed a certain amount of fats in a day. If you go over that fat intake, then you will have the unpleasantness that others have talked about. My husband has been very good with watching his fat intake, and has not had any problems. Also, when you get alli, you don't start taking the pill right away. They tell you to start your low fat diet (for 3 days) before taking the pills. alli have a great internet support, and you can find your answers there, as well as getting emails to tell you how to do things.
If you read the directions, and don't try to cut corners with this, it will work without any problems. But if you think you can go and eat at taco bell, or mc donalds, and eat whatever you want, and then take the pill, you will have problems. It shows you how to change your lifestyle and helps you to get rid of excess fat along the way.
