(More customer reviews)The product works as advertised. I drink 1 cup each morning, about 1/2 hour later eat some fruit. It also suppressed my hunger. I eat smaller meals throughout the day. The same food as before, but just smaller amounts. I have also lost the urge to snack since drinking the coffee. You do feel the need to drink alot more water throughout the day I've noticed. I mix in about 1/2 hour to an hour of cardio per day. I did this before having the coffee and wasn't getting any results, now that I am drinking the coffee pounds are coming off and dress sizes are getting smaller. What is there not to like.
