I have NEVER done a cleanse before, so this was a first for me. Originally, i was scheduled to do the detox for 2 weeks along with the Paleo Meal (Protein shake). The first few days were a hard transition, because of the VERY strict food limitations recommended by this brand (no gluten products, starches, red meats, cheeses, juices, decaf or reg. coffee, etc) but i got the hang of it. I stayed on the cleanse for 3 whole weeks instead of my planned 2 because of the amazing results. My body felt unbelievable! I lost a few pounds with this product but the feeling was priceless. I would highly recommend this if you will be committed to a very strict food program and can afford this.
