If that is the case, then buy with confidence! We LOVE the NSI line of supplements. They have
all been easily digested/tolerated and do the job well. Since you can't really rate the off-site seller here,
I also wanted to add that we've been shopping with Vitacost for about 3 yrs now, and been very happy.
They ship promptly, shipping costs are very fair, and everything is fresh.
We ordered a few flavors of this shake many months ago. In fact, I just made one right now in my new shaker cup
(bought here on Amazon) and it worked well. The flavor is very similar to SlimFast, only without all the added
calories and sugars.
I am lactose-intolerant, so wanted a shake I could mix with water.
This one fills the bill. It mixes easily, doesn't leave clumps of mix, and tastes as good as can be expected.
Now, our can has been open for quite a while. You know how it is - you get on a health kick, then for one reason
or another, it goes by the wayside. I still wanted to give it a try, and it isn't bad at all. That says something
for it, since it has been open for at LEAST six months, sitting on the shelf! We also have a strawberry and
a vanilla shake canister, but I haven't tried those yet.
I think this would be even better with ice added, but that is one of the reasons I bought a shaker.
I am partially disabled. The ice is downstairs and I am upstairs. So unless someone else is home to grab
some cubes for me, I wanted something I could do without ice too. I've almost polished it off while writing the
review. I can't say how much help this would be for someone who wants to "bulk up" - you are probably better off
with one of the high calorie/high protein shakes for that. I just want to replace some meals without junk food,
and this shake will definitely do that.
