First of all... let's be clear on an important point, if you are expecting to swallow a pill and simply lose weight, then you're dreaming, the idea of diet pill is to ("help" lose weight), not just (lose weight), these pills will help you break the fat cells, and the mad "stubborn fats" in your body, and it's up to you to get it out of you.
Now let's get to business!!
I'm a 23 years old 175cm male, I have lost and gained weight in the last 18 month in an insane way, my weight kept waving between 83Kgs-93Kgs till it hit a peak of 96.6Kgs!! I went mad, I tried "literally" everything... diets, changing food and eating habits, working-out...etc, the stubborn fats in my body was stronger than all of that! Finally I came to this product, I never believed in pills... simply because I've seen so many people who used pills and there was no change!! But this one helped me, and I'm so happy with the results, and I recommended it to many friends, 6 of my friends brought this product not because of my recommendations, but from the results they saw on me, and they are happy with it.
Take a photo of your-self before using this product!!! I promise you... it will make you will laugh after a couple of weeks ;)
Usage & Tips:
I used this product + DetoxuFree 72, combined with better eating habits and working-out about 1 hour 5-6 days a week, I had constipation first 3 days, but that was the only side effect that I had! Check my tips:
- 1 pill 30min before breakfast with ½ liter of water, and I take a very light breakfast (this won't be hard; because morning pill will suppress your appetite), I normally take 7 dates (fruit) or 3-5 biscuits full of fibers like McVitie's Digestives.
- 1 pill 30min before Lunch with ½ liter of water, I try to eat something healthy in a small amount, most importantly I stay away from (bread, wheat, rice, corn oil fried food) I use only olive oil now.
- Better to plan launch time to be midday so you don't need a dinner.
- Drink so much water and eat food full of fibers, the combination of that is amazing, because it expands in the stomach making you feel full!
- Since I go to gym, I plan my launch time around 3 o'clock, and go to the gym around 7 o'clock, and take 1 serve of whey protein while working-out! Whey protein help's suppressing appetite also gives the power needed during & after working-out, so even with an early launch I will not feel the need for a dinner after working-out.
- This product is effective, you better use it wisely... the idea of working-out and healthy eating is not to have the problem of "excessive skin", if you have so much weight to lose and you lose it in an unhealthy way; you might have such a thing, so you better plan your usage wisely.
- Healthy food varies between different blood types! Create your own diet plan! By finding what's good for your blood type. Search the internet for "Dr. Lam's Blood Type Diet", it was very helpful for me :)
Tracking:
I started with 96.6Kgs on clock!!
Week 1: 94.2, I was amazed by the results!!!
Week 2: 93.0
Week 3: 92.0
Week 4: 92.6!! A bit distortion in my eating habits ended "badly" :P
Week 5: 91.8
Week 6: 90.2
Week 7: 89.0
Week 8: 87.7 and still going on :) /my target is 80Kgs
