(More customer reviews)I used one package , in 30 days I lost 15 pounds. I didnt excercise due to lack of time, but I am sure that if I did I would have lost even more than That. Thats what I am planning this month.
The product is herbal and natural , so You dont stuff Yourself with chemicals , You basically dont feel hunger , I ate pretty much everything I usually do ( which is very healthy and low in caloies already ) , just much much less and I didnt eat at night. ( after 5 pm) .
It makes You really thirsty , You have to drink a lot of water, which also supports weight loss.
Remember though, that I didnt eat sugar ( only fruit) no soda , no heavy, fried , junky food.My problem wasnt bad food . I always ate healthy and organic , just too much :) So if You wanna lose weight, the pills will work, but You have to change Your diet too, and excercise would be helpful as well ..
