(More customer reviews)Before I tried the Dr. Melina bars I would generally eat those disgusting low carb bars. I was just so afraid of eating any sugars or carbs. But after I changed my diet from low carb, to a more balanced one, I started allowing more carbs back into my life, and changed bars to reflect that.
I eat these bars every day. They're delicious. They taste like a healthy candy bar, meaning they taste great, but they aren't too sugary, or make you feel gross after eating them.
What I also love about these bars is they keep you full for a long time. If I have one at around 3pm, then I have no hunger until dinner time.
Oh by the way, now that I balanced out my diet, and while I've been eating the Dr. Melina Bars I've actually lost an additional 10 lbs, AND I love what I eat!
P.S. Chocolate Peanut butter is my favorite!
