(More customer reviews)I only had a few pounds to lose and not expecting anything out of this product I went from 169 to 160 by the time I finished. I didn't change my workout, in fact I probably worked out a little less do to work. Energy was excellent!
The one negative I would give it is that when I went to reorder some I found it difficult to buy some for less than 50 so I waited. I went through major caffeine withdrawl. headaches that came pretty close to migranes. I don't suggest taking 6 a day. Or just never run out haha.
Overall I love this product. I definitely recommend it
