I have used couple of creatine powders, some pure and some blends but this one exceeds all. Creatine monohydrate is giving me desired results and I am very happy with it. I was unsure earlier about bloating as I had some experience with few other creatine powders i used but this one is just perfect, no bloating at all.
I workout 3 times a week, every alternate day and I made sure i followed the creatine cycle and started with the loading phase and here I am, gained 9 lbs of muscles, not on my tummy though, lol. I am actually surprised to see myself in mirror these days, i see a definite change and i am very happy with it. I have already completed 2 cycles with this product and right now taking a break of 4 weeks before i start the third cycle of 6 weeks.
I am not high on it, I take around 3-4 gms before workout with grape juice and 3-4 gms post workout with protein shake. it worked for me so far :)
One important thing to note, I am drinking at least 9-10 glasses of water everyday, just to make sure i keep myself hydrated and to keep the water intake more thn 80 Oz a day.
Though there are no significant evidences but its not recommended to take creatine with orange juice or anything with citric acid as it wont help as much and will be waste, i will not go deep into scientific theory behind this, google it if anyone wishes to know more about it.
bottom line- Fast recovery, keeps me active all day, no bloating and great gains if taken in a proper way and yes with a good workout.
