(More customer reviews)I've really enjoyed this so far. Seems to give me that little "extra" when I'm running. I also seem to be a little less sore after a long run. I've never felt jittery or sick. Tastes pretty good too. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because when you get the bottle it says the serving size is 5ml. Which on the dropper (included in the lid) is about 1/2 way (it's marked clearly). Then it tells you to put it under your tongue. It's not so bad, it's just kind of a lot to hold in your mouth and it never specifies a time. All in all though, it's better than any other Creatine/enhancement product I've bought. I'd recommend it and will purchase (as long as the price stays low) again.
