(More customer reviews)I have yet to notice a difference in my weight since I began taking these pills and the bottle is almost empty. I try to exercise at least 3 times a week and my diet is not horrible, but I still haven't noticed any difference when I step on the scale. It may be this brand or something, but it hasn't worked for me.
