(More customer reviews)I have felt no difference with this product at all. The packaging was weird and offputting. There were no directions on the bottle. The only thing it says is "Take one tablet"...nothing about when or how many times throughout the day. It also says on the bottle that it "is not recommended for people under the age on 18 or women", I didn't see anything about that prior to purchase. I experienced an achy back pain during the day and headaches in the evening, with no weight loss. Don't waste your money.
