It tastes more like a drink that is hiding something within. And it is. But if you've ever consumed algal oil or taken a pill that contains it, then you'll know what I mean when I say one tends to be "reminded" of the supplement all day long. Often in a most unpleasant way. This drink, while not delicious, is completely drinkable, provides a fair amount of DHA Omega-3, and has no aftertaste or tendency to put on a "repeat performance". It's so subtle that you can mix it with other drinks or juices, and it will be perfect. Plain and simple: I have found my go-to source of daily Omega-3.
