I have lost over 20 pounds since starting to take Curvelle. I think the reason I am losing is synergy as opposed to Curvelle alone. I do find that my energy is much stronger overall and Curvelle does help me with my cravings for sweet food. I recommend Curvelle as a safe part of an overall weight loss regime that includes exercise, mindfulness and a balanced diet. There are no miracles, but I have found Curvelle to be a useful tool to boost my metabolism.
