(More customer reviews)I used to buy whatever fish oil pills I would find cheapest locally, but after talking to my brother, apparently they put all kinds of junk like mercury and hormones in lesser quality pills. Well he scared me into trying these, and I found a huge difference, will never buy the others again. First off these are much purer and smaller. I FELT a difference. I take 2 every day. They help my hair nails skin and back. I have a bad back, so the vitamin D is a bonus. I even give 1 of these to my dog every day hidden in a piece of melted cheese because he has allergies, and I find these really help prevent symptoms and allergic reactions. Plus it gives him a smooth coat and bright clear eyes!
