(More customer reviews)I found this product at Sam's Club and tried it. I lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks. I only had to lose the spare tire I had around the middle. I went from 215 pounds down to 195 pounds. I replaced breakfast, ate a hearty lunch, and replaced dinner. I think one of the keys is drinking lots of water. During this time I drank from 3/4 to a whole gallon of water a day. I mixed the meal replacement with soy milk. Sam's Club stopped carrying it so now I'll be ordering from here. I introduced this product to several coworkers both male and female. They've all had good results. I personally didn't exercise while losing this weight.
