(More customer reviews)I felt I had to stick up for this product after reading the last review. For those of us with Celiac Disease, these bars are a God-send! (the bars are all gluten-free). Not only are they delicious (which can be hard to find with GF food), but we don't have to try to read through multiple ingredients to determine whether they are safe for us to eat. Another perk to this product is that it is safe for diabetics to eat and is low in sugar.
Sure, I would like it if it had more fiber and a little less calories, but seems to be harder to get fiber when you're staying gluten-free and it's super-high in protein and keeps you full for longer.
