(More customer reviews)I bought these at the Vitamin Shoppe and found that they taste quite delicious! It tastes like eating candy. They are very convenient for throwing into your workout bag. Once you are finished working out, before even beginning to drive home, you have this little pack of protein available to drink. They say it is important to get your protein within 30 minutes of having worked out, so that's why I use these some of the time.
I say some of the time, because they are expensive!! :)
