(More customer reviews)This stuff is potent. If you're not ready for it, it will catch you by surprise. Need to be careful. Try it at home when it's your first time. Since the product grabs the fat from the source (GI) you might experience stomach cramps and what not. But it goes away. Also, stay away from caffeinated drinks if you are going to take this product. One caplet has as much caffeine as 2-3 cups of coffee. So get your java taste some other way.
